Our kid's Jiu-Jitsu classes and teen jiu-jitsu program was developed with the assistance of a psychologist. Martial arts training is perfect for improving self-confidence, better self-esteem, respect, and discipline.
During class, the students will practice solo drills, and mobility and motor coordination exercises. They will burn energy and have a lot of fun, all while learning self-defense. This is a very empowering class, we love having new students join our team and gaining the confidence they deserve.
