We believe that a standard “free trial” doesn't serve everyone equally. While we offer complimentary trials for specific developmental profiles, we prefer to tailor your introduction to fit your unique needs. Many Adults and Children have a significantly better experience starting with a one-on-one introductory session. This allows for the exclusive attention of our expert instructors, ensuring you or your child feel confident, safe, and fully supported before joining the group environment.
Each program is designed to provide a supportive and challenging environment for every life stage and experience level. We follow a science-based class curriculum under the guidance of the Gracie Kore Methodology, a system developed and supported by child psychologists and Masters of the art.
Our promotion process is designed to ensure technical proficiency and personal growth. Students pass a technical skill test after completing a minimum number of attended classes and a dedicated period of practice. The timeline is unique to each individual's progress, with the stripe system providing clear goals and consistent recognition.
