The Essence method consists of three intyegrated pillars: Martial Arts Philosophy, Academic Study, and Concierge Support. Through these components, we empower our students to gain benefits that go far beyond the mats, making a real impact in their everyday lives
01. PHILOSOPHY:
THE 7-5-3 CODE
Our teaching is rooted in the 7-5-3 Code, a framework of ancient virtues preserved through the original Gracie lineage. Every month, we focus our curriculum on one specific code—such as Honor, Respect, or Loyalty—giving our students priceless opportunities to refine their character through the practice of Jiu Jitsu.
In our academy, students learn to navigate both success and frustration. They learn to celebrate accomplishments with humility and face defeat with a resilient spirit. By focusing on small, daily improvements, our students develop the "never-quit" mentality needed to become a martial artist on and off the mats.
